What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with experience in Temenos T24, working closely with one of our main clients in the financial sector. Your role will involve collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality analysis that influences our business operations and T24 technology strategy. You should be skilled in interpreting and analyzing InfoBasic source code and have a strong understanding of complex T24 customizations. While you do not need to design software, your insights will be crucial for supportability and extensibility.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

• Analytical skills: Ability to understand complex and large T24 customizations.
• Effective communication: Clearly articulate analyses and be receptive to others' perspectives.
• Collaborative mindset: Foster collaboration, encourage input, and ensure stakeholder engagement.

As a T24 Technical Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between business and development teams, ensuring T24 solutions meet business needs and are feasible to implement. Your responsibilities include analyzing existing code for business requirements, collaborating with analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements, communicating solutions clearly, estimating effort, supporting quality engineers, and working with various teams to drive projects. You will also discuss software design options with engineering leads, write user stories using Gherkin syntax, and participate in triaging production defects through root cause analysis.

What do we expect from you?

• Deep understanding and experience with the Temenos Transact platform.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with local code development using InfoBasic, TAFJ, and OFS processing.
• Ability to read and understand existing code functions.
• Level 3 code development skills with hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of T24 programming (templates, APIs, hooks) in Transact.
• Good understanding of T24 data model and storage in Oracle.
• Experience with T24 functional modules such as fees.
• Excellent English skills (C1), as you will work with international teams.

Work location: 100% remote within Spain.

Work schedule: Business hours, with no intensive Fridays or summer schedules.
