What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with experience in Temenos T24, working closely with one of our main clients in the financial sector. Your role will involve collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality analysis that influences our business operations and T24 technology strategy. You should be skilled in interpreting and analyzing InfoBasic source code and have a strong understanding of complex T24 customizations. While you do not need to design software, your insights will be crucial for supportability and extensibility.
Main tasks and responsibilities include:
As a T24 Technical Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between business and development teams, ensuring T24 solutions meet business needs and are feasible to implement. Your responsibilities include analyzing existing code for business requirements, collaborating with analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements, communicating solutions clearly, estimating effort, supporting quality engineers, and working with various teams to drive projects. You will also discuss software design options with engineering leads, write user stories using Gherkin syntax, and participate in triaging production defects through root cause analysis.

Work location: 100% remote within Spain.
Work schedule: Business hours, with no intensive Fridays or summer schedules.
