Role: Telesales (Inbound / Outbound)

This work is typically performed in a call center environment and focuses on:

  1. Nominal inbound customer service (logging requests, activating accounts, setting up service appointment times, transferring issues for resolution to customer service reps).
  2. Primary focus on sales: responding to customer-initiated calls to activate service requests, change products/services, schedule installations or repairs, or resolve billing issues.
  3. Selling targeted products/services during customer interactions.

Outbound work includes:

  1. Initiating calls to potential customers from a list of provided leads, which may include:
  • Existing customers targeted for cross/up-sell
  • Past customers
  • Potential new customers
