Role: Telesales (Inbound / Outbound)

This work is typically performed in a call center environment and focuses on:

  1. Nominal inbound customer service (logging requests, activating accounts, setting up service appointment times, etc., and transferring issues for resolution to customer service reps).
  2. Primary focus is selling. Inbound work includes responding to customer-initiated calls to activate service requests, change products/services, schedule installations or repairs, or resolve billing issues. It also involves selling targeted products/services during customer interactions.
  3. Outbound work involves initiating calls to potential customers from a list of leads, which may include existing customers for cross/up-selling, past customers, or potential new customers.
