1. Answering inbound calls regarding appliance repair requests.
2. Possessing a strong commercial profile, capable of making sales and achieving targets.
3. Handling customer service and claims related to our services.
4. Being part of a Benelux team that demonstrates best practices and tests new products and materials.

Specific tasks include:

• Answering inbound calls in native language and offering insurance options to consumers.
• Registering new appliances for consumers calling in.
• Capturing and confirming appliance registration details.
• Explaining legal warranties and offering additional insurance after registration.
• Demonstrating excellent customer service skills and familiarity with target-driven work.
• Adapting to product changes and communicating effectively.
• Providing feedback on processes and best practices.
• Managing registration of client appliances and their information.
• Offering new or extended insurance options to clients.
• Adhering to compliance standards and behaviors.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Flemish and French languages.
• English and Spanish are a plus.
• At least 12 months of sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
• Dynamic, rigorous, diplomatic, and highly communicative.
• Adaptable to different partners.
• Teamwork-oriented and proactive.
• Excellent customer service skills.
