A leading vacation ownership company in Spain is seeking a dedicated sales professional to sell holiday preview packages and manage client appointments. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills and a knack for building relationships over the phone. Responsibilities include contacting clients, verifying eligibility for presentations, and maintaining reservation records. Sell holiday preview packages to guests via inbound and outbound calls. Exceed minimum production requirements set by management. Liaise with owners to generate new prospects.
Sell regional holiday preview packages to guests via inbound and outbound calls. Verify and activate pre-sold packages. Act as liaison with Italian broker.
Contact MVC owners, MVC non-owners & 47 Park Street Members via inbound and outbound calls to schedule virtual sales presentation appointments. Exceed minimum production requirements set by management. Assist with other marketing activities as required.
Perform all tasks in a timely manner ensuring all deadlines are met. Perform other related tasks as assigned by management. Comply with MVCI and Marriott International policies and procedures. Be proactive and have a flexible approach to work, always meeting the needs of the team and the business. Maintain an attitude and commitment to provide excellent service to all customers and associates. Respond sensitively to the needs and feelings of others, regardless of status or position; accept interpersonal differences and maintain a constructive rapport with all associates and customers. Maintain computer systems knowledge (Windows, e‑mail, Word, OTM, Marsha etc). Work with all MVCI colleagues as a team, always supporting the needs within that team and those of the business.
