Telemarketer – Full-Time or Part-Time (On-Site Role at HOC, Fuengirola)

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketer to join our sales and marketing team at HOC, based in Fuengirola. This on-site position can be either full-time or part-time, depending on your availability and experience.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Calling potential clients to introduce and promote our real estate developments

• Building rapport with leads and identifying their property preferences

• Scheduling appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects

• Delivering friendly, professional customer service at all times

• Logging and updating lead information accurately in our CRM system

• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets

What we’re looking for:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A positive attitude and ability to handle objections calmly and confidently

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus, but not required—we offer full training

• Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written) is required

• Additional languages are a strong advantage
