Problem-solving skills in Linux

Ability to create scripts

Basic knowledge of Kubernetes / Containers

Familiarity with support ticket management

Fluency in French

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What are we looking for?

We seek a Support Coordinator with advanced technical expertise and management skills to join our international team, working alongside Portugal.

The successful candidate will work on 5G technology projects and be responsible for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and implement detailed technical solutions identified by the Project Manager or Technician.
• Provide detailed technical designs for business solutions.
• Act as Lead Consultant, analyzing and developing business technology solutions.
• Lead technical evaluations and deliver specific technical solutions to customers.
• Promote high team performance and manage the team's lifecycle stages.
• Coordinate the implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations of technological solutions in networks, applications, or platforms.
• Offer advanced technical consulting on proposals, solution design, system management, and modifications.
• Collect and analyze data to determine customer needs and requirements.
• Respond to technical information requests from customers.
• Develop technological solutions using industry-standard products and technologies.
• Participate in resolving technical problems across multiple technologies, often developing new methods.

Desirable skills:

• Knowledge of core networks in telecommunications and 5G technology.
• Familiarity with telecommunications standards.
• Knowledge of Diameter and SS7 protocols.
• Ability to perform technical analysis using Wireshark / PCAP traces.
