Familiarity with support ticket management and technical support processes

Fluency in French

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Support Coordinator with advanced technical knowledge and management skills to join our international team, working alongside Portugal. The chosen candidate will work on 5G technology projects and be responsible for maintaining stakeholder contact.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and implement detailed technical solutions identified by the Project Manager / Technician.
• Provide detailed technical designs for business solutions.
• Act as Lead Consultant, analyzing and developing business technology solutions.
• Lead technical evaluations and deliver specific technical solutions to customers.
• Promote high team performance and manage the team’s lifecycle stages.
• Coordinate the implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations of technological solutions in networks, applications, or platforms.
• Offer advanced technical consulting on proposals, solution design, systems management, and solution modifications.
• Collect and analyze data to determine customer needs and requirements.
• Respond to technical information requests from customers.
• Develop technological solutions using industry-standard products and technologies.
• Participate in resolving technical problems across multiple technologies, often developing new methods for application.

Desirable skills:

• Knowledge of core telecommunications networks and 5G technology.
• Familiarity with telecommunications standards.
• Knowledge of Diameter and SS7 protocols.
• Ability to analyze technical data with Wireshark / PCAP traces.
• Problem-solving skills in Linux.
• Ability to create scripts.
