Proficiency in Linux problem-solving skills
Ability to create scripts
Basic knowledge of Kubernetes / Containers
Fluency in French
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What are we looking for?

We seek a Support Coordinator with advanced technical knowledge and management skills to join our international team, working alongside Portugal.

The selected candidate will work on 5G technology projects and be responsible for maintaining stakeholder contact.

Responsibilities:

  1. Verify and implement detailed technical solutions identified by the Project Manager / Technician.
  2. Provide detailed technical designs for business solutions.
  3. Act as Lead Consultant, analyzing and developing business technology solutions.
  4. Lead technical evaluations and deliver specific technical solutions to customers.
  5. Promote high performance within the team and manage its lifecycle stages.
  6. Coordinate the implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations of technological solutions in networks, applications, or platforms.
  7. Offer advanced technical consulting on proposals, solution design, system management, and modifications.
  8. Collect and analyze data to determine customer needs and requirements.
  9. Respond to technical information requests from customers.
  10. Develop technological solutions using various industry products and technologies.
  11. Participate in resolving technical problems across multiple technologies, often developing new methods for application.

Desirable skills:

  • Knowledge of core networks in telecommunications and 5G technology.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications standards.
  • Knowledge of Diameter and SS7 protocols.
  • Ability to perform technical analysis using Wireshark / PCAP traces.
  • Proficiency in Linux problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create scripts.
