️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ️

• +7 years of experience inspace systems engineering, with a strong focus ontelecom payloadsandRF subsystems.
• Deep understanding ofelectronics, radiofrequency, communications, and/orembedded software.
• Proven experience as atelecom payload architect, capable of leading the design and validation of complex subsystems.
• Strong knowledge ofPythonandMATLABfor data processing, analysis, and automation.
• Ability to managetrade-off studiesand propose balanced technical solutions aligned with customer needs and project constraints.
• Experience preparingtechnical documentation: specifications, design justifications, analysis reports, user manuals, etc.
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills based on consistent technical information.
• Fluent inEnglishandSpanish(spoken and written).
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Lead thetechnical design of space telecom subsystems, including RF, digital and analog electronics, data processing, software, and firmware.
• Evaluate and proposesystem architecturesthat meet mission requirements and constraints.
• Develop, build, and validate solutions considering theentire system lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintaintechnical documentationand data packages for all project phases.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Supportintegration, testing, and troubleshootingof telecom payload components.
• Contribute todesign reviewsand customer interactions as a technical reference.
