Nae is actively seeking a Business Consultant – IT to join our expanding Technology, Business and Deals & Strategy units in Madrid. You will identify improvements, document requirements and craft IT-enabled strategies for telecom clients, drawing on 3–4 years of sector experience.

Fluent English is essential; you will run workshops, coordinate with cross-functional teams and track progress to ensure value delivery for customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Develop business strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to address business challenges.
• Experience in telecommunications project management.
• Advanced English.
