Job summary

Nae in Madrid is seeking a Mobile Access Network professional with Mobile Core project experience to drive planning, design, optimization and transformation for telecom clients.

Join a cross-functional team working on modern networks, OSS integration, and data-driven proposals. Travel availability and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Mobile Access Network Planning within operators.
• Strong knowledge of mobile access network architectures (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) and RF design/optimization.
• Knowledge of OSS systems (inventory, provisioning, management).
• Advanced skills in data analysis and presentation (Excel/Power BI); SQL and GIS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify gaps.
• Analyze fixed telecom network architectures.
• Develop High-Level Designs (HLD) for Mobile Core networks.
• Prepare technical proposals for network optimization within project scope.
• Define and support processes, structures and tools within the project scope.
• Prepare reports and dashboards.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery across the project lifecycle.

We are looking for a Mobile Access Network professional with experience in Mobile Core projects, capable of contributing to network planning, design, optimization, and transformation initiatives within the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile network architectures and hands‑on experience working on Mobile Core-related projects.

• Liaise with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify needs/gaps.
• Analyze fixed telecommunications network architectures.
• Develop High-Level Designs (HLD) for Mobile Core networks.
• Prepare technical proposals for network optimization within the project scope.
• Define and support the implementation of processes, organizational structures, and tools within the project scope.
• Prepare reports and dashboards.
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of project deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in Mobile Access Network Planning within telecommunications operators.
• Strong knowledge of mobile access network architectures and technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G). Experience in radio network design and optimization will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of telecommunications operators' OSS systems (inventory, provisioning, management systems, etc.).
• Strong analytical, information structuring, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in presentation, data analysis, and data management tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI). Knowledge of SQL and GIS is desirable.

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
