NTT DATA Europe & Latam in Madrid seeks a Senior Consultant to join its fast-growing team working for European and International Organisations. The role involves coordinating with teams in Spain and Brussels on public sector projects and digital transformation initiatives.

You will analyze business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and support project delivery. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and IT experts is essential to ensure value for clients like EC, UN and NATO.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree or an equivalent advanced academic or professional qualification
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting, if possible, working for the public sector
• Fluency in English for oral, comprehension and written communication. Additional knowledge of French will be considered an asset
• Previous experience in business analysis and/or in project and/or operational management, in international cooperation and in business management
• Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies. Additional knowledge of project cycle management for International Cooperation is an asset
• An interest in digital solutions and technologies and a demonstrated understanding of IT or a background in IT
• An interest in European Institutions and policies

Responsabilidades

• Perform business analysis and develop a detailed understanding of business processes, business needs and functional requirements and identify opportunities for the simplification, rationalisation and harmonisation of business processes
• Analyse business needs to translate them into functional requirements through interviews, workshops, desk research, user committees, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Prepare functional requirements, business cases, vision documents, and other business analysis deliverables in accordance with established methodologies
• Coordinate with stakeholders and IT experts to support the delivery of business solutions, ensure alignment with business requirements and support testing activities
• Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports

We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant to join our fast-growing team in Spain. The new team member will also collaborate directly with our teams in other offices of Spain and Brussels in the international and European public sector, with the following characteristics:

Main Responsibilities:

You will be part of a multicultural and interdisciplinary team working for European and International Organisations. The Digital Strategy & Advisory International Organisations team (DS&BA IO) is contributing to transforming global institutions to design better public policies, enhance public services delivery and improve organisational performance. Our main clients include the European Commission, United Nations and NATO.

You will be involved in exciting projects with the world’s leading institutions, related to policymaking and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, digital transformation, strategy and intelligence, operational excellence, talented people and citizen experience. The projects you will be involved in cover different industries, including health and social care, public resources, green deals, digital government, digital labour market, intellectual property and justice and public safety.

You will be expected to work with energy and passion to take on new challenges, accompanying us in the definition of the most appropriate solution/s for the challenges and strategy of our clients, coordinating the team to develop the analysis, strategies and appropriate recommendations.

As part of the projects you are assigned to, you may conduct the following tasks:
