This is an excellent opportunity to join our Internal and Supplier Assurance Solutions team to support the establishment and management of Internal and Supplier Audit Programs.

Purpose of the position

The internal and supplier assurance solutions business (ISA) partners with clients to build trust in their internal organisation and across their value chain. ISA has undergone a tremendous amount of growth and continues to do so; this role will support this growth across the globe. It will shape and harmonise our approach to delivering client solutions so that we are able to add greater value to our clients and enhance our client centricity.

Location : Italy, Spain or France, hybrid with availability to travel

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Internal and Supplier Audit Program Establishment
2. Internal and Supplier Audit Program Management
3. Handle bids / enquiries related to allocated ISA programs and coordinate with country offices for Quotations.
4. Develop training and competencies to support the delivery of assigned programs
5. Develop operating procedures and work instructions related to the ISA program(s), maintain client specific programme documents on Intranet for BSI global Network, communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure operational delivery
6. Conduct auditors training and calibrations
7. Manage an effective client relationship interface through regular performance review meeting

To be successful in this role :

1. Experience in leading projects related to ESG
2. Experience in program managing global internal and supplier audit programmes.
3. Client centricity - Ability to develop customer relationships, across all levels, engage with the customer to establish an understanding of their business drivers and how BSI can enable them to become more efficient.
4. Fluency in English (C1) - mandatory
5. Experience in working in international environments
