We are seeking to incorporate an IT Support Analyst into our team at SEGULA Technologies. This is a full-time, on-site position located in San Blas, Canillejas, Madrid, with a schedule of three shifts between 7 : 00 and 20 : 00, each lasting 8 hours. The role involves providing VIP support as a priority, as well as handling routine support tasks for the Office Automation team.

Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in VIP support at a high level .
• Experience working in Windows environments, office applications, mobile devices .
• Higher Vocational Training or Bachelor's degree.
• Availability to travel occasionally.
