Descripción del empleo

  • Collaborate with managers and HRBPs to detect current andfuture talent needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment : from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
  • Attract candidates through LinkedIn, InfoJobs, Tecnoempleo and other professional platforms
  • Represent GMV at job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Coordinate and support onboarding processes to ensure a great start for new joiners.
  • Conduct check-ins and follow-up interviews to ensure smooth integration.
  • Actively participate in performance evaluation meetings.
  • Support in the identification of development goals and help with the development plan.
  • Manage offboarding and conduct exit interviews, gathering valuable feedback

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for graduates with background in Human Resources, Psychology or similar and :

  • 1-2 years of work experience in talent acquisition or generalist HR roles.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, databases, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using interview techniques and evaluation methods source candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High level of Spanish and English (spoken and written).

We will also value previous experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions proactively. Knowledge of engineering, IT, or highly technical profiles. A keen understanding of the different roles and skill sets across an organization
