What we need your support for :

• Support and maintenance of existing IT systems to ensure smooth operation
• Optimization and further development of the existing IT infrastructure to increase efficiency and performance
• Collaboration in the 1st and 2nd level service desk to support users with technical problems and inquiries
• Management and implementation of IT projects, including planning, implementation and monitoring
• Analyzing and rectifying system faults and carrying out fault diagnoses
• Documentation of IT processes and creation of technical instructions and training documents

What sets you apart :

• Completed studies in the field of computer science, information technology or a related field
• At least three years of professional experience
• Ideally, you have certifications in the Microsoft environment such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Broadcom / VMware or IT security
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams and Onedrive
• Experience in cloud operations (preferably Microsoft Azure) and in migrating on-premises systems to cloud platforms as well as in managing hybrid IT infrastructures
• Experience in the management of virtualization environments (preferably Broadcom / VMware)
• Knowledge of network administration and security to support and secure the IT infrastructure
• Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in teams
• Customer and service orientation with a strong focus on user needs and satisfaction
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive way of working to overcome technical challenges in an efficient and customer-oriented manner
