Glovo is seeking a Health and Safety Analyst to join the People team at Barcelona HQ. You will support and control health and safety matters, ensuring compliance with Spanish law, and help the company prevent work-related accidents.

The role requires a Master in Labor Risk Prevention, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and fluent English. You will collaborate with international teams, design procedures, train staff, and manage PPE, drills, and health surveillance in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• Master in Labor Risk Prevention per Spanish regulation (3 specialities).
• Experience handling H&S responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced Office/Google Sheets skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Support and control all Health and Safety matters according to Spanish law.
• Help the company prevent work-related accidents and comply with local regulations.
• Design and propose measures to correct identified risks and improve working conditions.
• Carry out internal H&S audits across workplaces.
• Coordinate with international teams on H&S aspects when needed.
• Create and revise work instructions; manage PPE distribution and training status.
• Manage and oversee health surveillance and emergency plans/drills.

We’re looking for a Health and Safety Analyst who wants to join our People s team in Barcelona HQ. If you are someone who loves working in a fast-paced startup environment, a true perfectionist, an organization freak and are passionate about Health and Safety processes, Glovo is your place!

THE JOURNEY

• Support and control all Health and Safety matters according to the Spanish law
• Support our people and business, leading the company to prevent work-related accidents and to be in compliance with the local regulation
• Design and propose measures aimed at correcting the risks detected, both at a technical and organizational level, and at improving working conditions
• Carry out internal audits across the different workplaces.
• Cooperate with the international team, helping them in H & S aspects, when needed
• Design work instructions and revise them periodically
• Manage labour inspections related to occupations risk prevention
• Carry out an investigation of occupational accidents
• Management and distribution of PPE to employees
• Create emergency plans and to perform emergency drills
• Impart and follow up the completion status of the H & S training
• Management of health surveillance
• Coordination of business activities (CAE)
• Coordination of external providers

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

• Master in Labor Risk Prevention, according to the Spanish regulation (3 specialities)
• Previous experience handling H&S responsibilities.
• Advance Office/Google Sheets skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Able to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with different levels of management
• Organized, proactive and creative
