Job summary

Glovo, part of Delivery Hero, is seeking a Health and Safety Analyst to join the People’s team at our Barcelona HQ. You will lead Health and Safety processes, ensure compliance with Spanish regulations, and collaborate with internal teams to minimize risk.

The role requires a Master in Labor Risk Prevention, fluent English, and hands-on experience in risk prevention. You will design safety measures, conduct audits, manage PPE, and run training and drills.

Qualifications

• Master in Labor Risk Prevention, according to Spanish regulation (3 specialties).
• Previous experience handling H&S responsibilities.
• Advanced Office/Google Sheets skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment with different levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Support and control all Health and Safety matters according to the Spanish law.
• Support our people and business, guiding the company to prevent work-related accidents and ensure local regulation compliance.
• Design and propose measures to correct risks at technical and organizational levels and improve working conditions.
• Carry out internal audits across workplaces.
• Cooperate with the international team on H&S aspects when needed.
• Design work instructions and revise them periodically.
• Manage labour inspections related to occupational risk prevention.
• Investigate occupational accidents.
• Distribute PPE to employees.
• Create emergency plans and perform emergency drills.
• Impart and follow up H&S training.
• Manage health surveillance.
• Coordinate of business activities (CAE) and external providers.

THE JOURNEY

Support and control all Health and Safety matters according to the Spanish law

Support our people and business, leading the company to prevent work-related accidents and to be in compliance with the local regulation

Design and propose measures aimed at correcting the risks detected, both at a technical and organizational level, and at improving working conditions

Carry out internal audits across the different workplaces.

Cooperate with the international team, helping them in H & S aspects, when needed

Design work instructions and revise them periodically

Manage labour inspections related to occupations risk prevention

Carry out an investigation of occupational accidents

Management and distribution of PPE to employees

Create emergency plans and to perform emergency drills

Impart and follow up the completion status of the H & S training

Management of health surveillance
