Formación

• Experiencia de más de 3 años en PRL.
• Experiencia en el sector retail valorada.

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar en el diseño y aplicación del Plan de Prevención.
• Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos en estaciones de servicio y oficinas.
• Controlar la formación de trabajadores relacionada con PRL.
• Investigar accidentes y aplicar medidas preventivas.

Overview

Join to apply for the Técnico / a Superior de PRL (Sector Retail) role at Plenergy. The selected candidate will manage Seguridad y Salud Laboral in our service stations and in the regional offices. Modalidad 100% presencial with national travel required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the design, implementation, application and coordination of the Prevention Plan.
• Conduct specific risk assessments affecting workers’ health and safety at service stations and offices; plan preventive activities.
• Control and monitor the training and information of workers related to PRL.
• Participate in health surveillance management for workers related to job risks with the entrusted SPA.
• Investigate accidents and incidents at work according to established procedures; implement necessary preventive measures. Process Delt@ for incidents.
• Attend visits and / or inspections by labor authorities on PRL matters.
• Support the PRL Manager in managing General Services of the delegations.
• Coordinate with the mutual insurance company for accidents.

Requirements

• Technical degree at the Higher level in PRL, with a Master’s in the three technical specialties : Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial y Ergonomía y Psicosociología Aplicada.
• Experience over 3 years in PRL.
• Experience in the Retail sector is highly valued.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with process improvement needs.
• Organizational and planning skills.
• Proactive person accustomed to working in different environments.
• Driver’s license.
