Técnico/a soporte HCIS

We are looking for a Técnico/a soporte HCIS to deploy healthcare management solutions to support the growth of our business in Spain.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of our HCIS implementation project teams (Dedalus HIS) and other solutions from Dedalus's broad portfolio, providing consulting services as a technical and functional expert.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze the client's management model to understand their situation and address their needs.
  2. Implement and configure solutions at the client's site, both onsite and remotely.
  3. Advise clients and users on the implemented solutions.
  4. Perform data migration between systems.
  5. Provide advanced level incident support.

Requirements:

  1. University degree (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, etc.) or equivalent.
  2. Proficiency in SQL language.
  3. Strong communication skills and user/customer orientation (training users, requirement gathering with clients, etc.).
  4. Negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to analyze, extract, and transform data into valuable information (documentation).

Desirable:

  1. Preferably, knowledge of the healthcare sector, especially laboratories.
  2. Knowledge of management and database administration systems (Oracle, MSSQLServer, Informix, MySQL, etc.).
  3. Technical knowledge of HL7, SOAP, FHIR, JSON, REST API methodologies.
  4. Basic programming knowledge (PowerBuilder, Java, AngularJS preferred) or other programming languages.
  5. Fluent in spoken/written English.
