We are looking to hire a Health and Safety Technician to join the Health and Safety Department at Grifols SA.

Reporting to the H&S Manager, your main mission will be to propose, verify, and implement the preventive planning measures within the business area, in accordance with procedures, technical standards, guidelines, and regulations, in order to improve workplace health and safety in the assigned national subsidiaries of the group. You will also be expected to align with the company's global strategy and seek the best way to influence and integrate all aspects of safety culture and corporate guidelines into the subsidiary.

What your responsibilities will be

• Manage health and safety in the assigned area in accordance with ISO 45001 standards.
• Design, implement, and coordinate preventive action plans and programs, risk factor assessments, worker training and information, emergency plans, and all other preventive activities related to occupational hazards.
• Implement technical measures.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal customers, liaise with the business Technical Committee, employee representatives on prevention matters (Prevention Delegates).
• Support cultural change and continuous improvement in occupational health and safety.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Chemistry, or related disciplines desirables).
• Mandatory advanced qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Previous professional experience in a similar Health and Safety role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, or alternatively in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate English.
• Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of SAP or another ERP is a plus.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented individual.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
