We are starting a new project and are looking for mortgage tutors for a globally recognized banking entity.

Funciones
  • Analysis of sales file documentation: deposit contracts, reservation of purchase, registration notes (charge control), community receipts, IBI receipts, previous title from the seller.
  • Drafting sales documentation: mainly completing the minuta.
  • Scheduling the operation and preparing the file for the assistant to correctly represent the seller.
  • Reviewing the draft of the sale deed prior to signing.
  • Administrative follow-up tasks and communication of sales, including coding and uploading documentation to internal and external applications.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Previous knowledge of mortgage formalization, especially related to common documentation (verifications, appraisals, notarial deeds) and experience reviewing such documentation, primarily extracting information from simple notes and other documents.

  • Organized and dynamic personality.
  • Valuable: LCCI certification.
