Una empresa alimentaria en Logroño busca un/a Técnico/a en Gestión Administrativa para apoyar las funciones administrativas y de RRHH. Se requiere experiencia en administración, habilidades comunicativas, y un alto nivel de inglés. Ofrecemos contratación permanente y formación continua.

In these moments, we need to incorporate a / a technical / a in administrative management who, with hierarchical dependence on the HR management, supports both the HR area and the different areas of the company at our factory in Sotrondio:

Functions:

  • Support in the department's tasks both in the labor area and in HR.
  • Manage administrative processes related to personnel management, labor relations, training, PRL, and HR.
  • ERP and Database management.
  • Communications with public administrations.
  • Administrative control of vacations / permits / licenses.
  • Archive employee labor documentation.
  • Verification of workers' labor documentation.
  • Distribution of PPE, uniforms, and work materials.
  • Own administrative management of the position.
  • Support in administrative functions for quality and business development areas.
  • Reception and attention to visitors.
  • Telephone attention.
  • Preparation of reports.
  • Support in organizing HR-related corporate events (kick-offs, annual corporate events, team building, management committees, etc.).
  • Travel management and organization.
  • Management of employee benefit policies (gifts for births, marriages, birthdays, special permits, etc.).
  • Internal and external communications.

Requirements:

  • Training as a Technical Administrative Management or Higher Technician in Administration and Finance.
  • Previous knowledge and experience in the described functions.
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Office skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Immediate availability for incorporation.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
  • Own vehicle to access the facilities.
