The Administration, Finance and Legal department is waiting for you to provide support in several processes:

  • Recurrent processes: registration of new contracts, DB maintenance, control and archiving of documentation, incident management, support to sales managers, control and management of collections.
  • Accounting processes: issuing, sending and accounting of invoices, bank account reconciliation.
  • Treasury processes: generation of bank files and reporting to the treasury department.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for graduates in Business Administration and Management, Administration and Finance or similar, with interest in learning and knowledge of:

  • Experience in invoicing.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Advanced English (fluent spoken and written).
  • Navision Financials, Business Central or ERP/SAP.
