Formación

Would you like to be part of a project with a real impact on the lives of minors in protective situations?

We are looking for a Technical Educator for a minors' residence in Aranjuez, working afternoon shifts, to contribute to the well-being and development of the children in the center.

What will be your responsibilities in these programs?
  1. Accompany minors, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  2. Support the implementation of the educational program and individual projects under the coordination of the educational team.
  3. Conduct follow-up, observation, and record relevant incidents during your shift.
  4. Collaborate with the educational team to ensure quality care and continuity in the minors' support.

Your presence will be key to providing a safe, stable, and welcoming environment as they rest and recharge to continue growing.

What are we looking for?
  • A professional with advanced vocational training (FP superior) in fields related to social-educational or sociocultural areas.
  • Valuable: a Degree or Diploma in Social Education, Social Work, or related qualifications.
  • Driving license, to access the center and facilitate mobility.
What do we offer?
  • Long-term contract (minimum 1 year).
  • Full-time schedule of 38.5 hours per week.
  • Rotating schedule from 2 PM to 10 PM, including:
    • 6 days on, 3 days off
    • 5 days on, 4 days off
    • 7 days on, 3 days off
  • Desired start date: May 1, 2025.
  • Collective agreement: State Juvenile Reform and Minors Protection – Group 2.
Requirements
  • Advanced vocational training in social-educational or sociocultural fields.
  • Valuable: Degree or Diploma in Social Education, Social Work, or related fields.
  • Driving license for mobility access.
