Vous jouerez un rôle clé en maintenant les relations avec les conducteurs et en gérant les incidents. Formación

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Manage daily transportation operations, addressing and resolving incidents.
• Transmit daily route information to driving staff.
• Maintain quality control of our services, focusing on vehicle condition and cleanliness (including handling breakdowns, accidents, delays, etc.).
• Foster and maintain good relationships with assigned drivers, creating a positive work environment.
• Handle recruitment of additional staff when necessary.

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for proactive, collaborative individuals eager to learn and contribute to a leading and growing project. The ideal profile includes :

• Training in Transport and Logistics.
• Intermediate level of English (B2).
• Previous experience in similar roles.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and assume responsibilities.
• Proficiency with MS365 and Google Suite.
