Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key HR metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to identify and develop continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives within the HR department.
• Prepare and present executive reports and presentations based on data analysis.
• Support the digitalization of processes and systems within the HR department.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data used in analyses.
• Stay updated with best practices and trends in data analytics and HR technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Legal, Human Resources, Mathematics or related fields.
• MBA or master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Transformation or similar is highly valued.

Experience and Technical Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, change management, reporting and / or consulting.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams. Digitalization and process transformation projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (C1 or higher). Knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.

Tools

• Strong knowledge in Power BI and Excel.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
