Técnico/a de Proyectos Service

Responsibilities

• Preparation of the technical documentation necessary for the future execution of the assigned projects.
• Development of processes and quality manuals together with the other members of the technical team.
• Daily contact with clients, formalizing dates for each milestone to be met subsequently by both parties.
• Develop the strategy to be followed by the team of technicians assigned to the project and prepare the corresponding planning.
• Continuous development and improvement of electrical and mechanical solutions for the product.
• Prepare and deliver technical training during the final phase of commissioning or during the product warranty period.
• Technical assistance to the client, resolving issues remotely and 'on-site' if necessary.
• Identify and create after-sale opportunities during the commissioning period.
• Management of all technical activities associated with the project from the development of the commissioning to the closure of the project warranty.
• Ensure compliance with the milestones in the assigned projects within the established timeframe.
• Daily / weekly reporting of the status and progress of the project.
• Technical closure of the project (Technical acceptance with the client).
