Job summary

Grupo Calvo in Madrid is seeking a proactive recruiter to join our market research team. You will recruit doctors and manage their participation in studies, inviting them to join our panel of healthcare professionals and maintaining high engagement through calls and emails.

The role requires a native French speaker with good English, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and analytical skills. Experience in multinational environments is a plus.

What to expect

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
