Nauterra in Madrid is seeking a French-speaking recruitment specialist to join our production hub. You will recruit doctors, engage participants, and manage follow-ups to maximize participation in market research studies.

The role requires native French, good English for trainings and meetings, excellent attention to detail and professional communication by phone and email. Prior experience in multinational environments is a plus.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
