Job summary

Grupo Dragados in Madrid is seeking an enthusiastic recruiter to engage doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub office. The role involves calling doctors to invite them to participate and building engagement within our panel of healthcare professionals.

Ideal candidates are French native speakers with good English, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Experience in multinational environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• French language proficiency required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Additional tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.

• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
