Job summary

Bauwatch in Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to join our Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, manage their engagement, and invite them to market research studies as part of our panel of healthcare professionals.

The role requires excellent communication by telephone and email, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. English language ability is needed for trainings and meetings. Multinational experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and manage their engagement.
• Invite doctors to market research studies and integrate them into our healthcare professional panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates.
• Document and translate text passages as needed; support translations and mailings.

What to expect

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
