We are looking for a data-driven professional to manage the full lifecycle of automated marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution, aligned with our growth goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and optimizing multi-touch nurture campaigns using HubSpot, including segmentation, lead scoring, and AI automation.
- Leading testing strategies and supporting global initiatives such as onboarding, retention, churn reduction, and acquisition.
- Analyzing campaign data to derive insights for ongoing improvements.
- Developing localization campaigns and implementing data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
- Managing the full lifecycle of campaigns, ensuring alignment with company initiatives.
- Compiling reports to inform growth strategies.
- Travel may be required, including international trips.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in marketing, preferably in SaaS.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar.
- Strong background in referral marketing and customer journey management.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze large datasets and extract insights.
- Skilled in campaign strategy development, testing, and iteration.
- Excellent project management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of QA practices for marketing automation campaigns.
- Proficiency in English.
