As part of the development of our business, we are recruiting an International HR Project Manager to strengthen our Global HR Solutions Business Unit, which supports the Group’s clients with all their international HR challenges (International Recruitment & HR Consulting).

Missions

In collaboration with our Global HR team, you will actively contribute to business development across all covered territories (European & Middle-East scope with a high focus on French-speaking countries).

Your expertise in project management, your natural rigor, and your service-oriented mindset will enable you to support our clients primarily in international recruitment and HR consulting (organizational consulting, international mobility projects, etc.).

Coming from an international environment, you are adaptable and possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate with various high-level stakeholders—clients, candidates, partners, or internal teams—in a constantly evolving multicultural context.

Your leadership, autonomy, and initiative are major assets that will allow you to fully contribute to this intrapreneurial adventure. In this role, you will support the evolution of our offerings and the development of our brand awareness through communication, marketing, and business development initiatives.

Profile

  • Graduated from a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR support, ideally with recruitment experience.
  • Fluent in French & English (minimum C1 level) to operate in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of a third language (such as Spanish, German, or Italian) is a plus.
  • Willing and available to travel within Europe based on project needs.
