L2_Management,S.L in Málaga is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects from planning to handover. You will coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering/Construction Management background, 8+ years in project management, strong leadership and negotiating skills, and a proven ability to read blueprints and manage complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on managing diverse project types.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation for construction projects.
• Oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Control project costs, track expenditures, and manage change orders to stay within budget.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols on all construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with all relevant parties.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Manage client relations, ensuring their expectations are met and addressed throughout the project.
• Facilitate project closeout, including final inspections, documentation, and handover.
