You will negotiate with suppliers, ensure compliance with quality standards, and help promote sustainability within our procurement processes. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience and is familiar with both data analysis and environmental regulations.

You will be responsible for managing the procurement process of raw materials, equipment, and auxiliary products. This role involves working closely with production, logistics, and suppliers to ensure materials are available on time, meet quality standards, and are acquired at the best possible cost. The position reports to SCM and also to the Multimaterial and Lighting Business units.

Main responsibilities include:

• Stay updated on quality standards and local and international regulations related to manufacturing, transportation, and use of Multimaterial.
• Create items, bill of materials, roadmaps, cost calculations, and product activation.
• Align suppliers with the company's quality objectives.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, including maintenance and new acquisitions.
• Manage inventory and stock levels.
• Plan and optimize purchasing activities.
• Ensure purchased materials meet technical specifications and quality standards required for product manufacturing.
• Ensure FSC-certified wood suppliers are within the FSC chain of custody.
• Manage and guarantee segregation of FSC wood.
• Handle technical documentation related to new materials or modifications.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention and Environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in procurement roles with responsibility for material acquisition and supplier negotiation.
• Specific knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial organization.
• Experience with data analysis tools in SAP or procurement management software.
• Knowledge of sustainability and eco-friendly materials.
• Technical education in Engineering, Materials, or related fields is a plus.
• Driving license B.
• Language skills are valued.
