Role Mission

Manage and lead projects related to the design and development of immunohematology reagents within the R&D department. The work is based on continuous process improvement and must be carried out in compliance with quality standards and pharmaceutical industry regulations.

What your responsibilities will be

  1. You will design, plan, and manage specific technical projects or parts thereof.
  2. You will draft the necessary documentation for project development and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  3. You will perform the experiments, trials, tests, or analyses necessary to carry out the projects and prepare the associated technical reports.
  4. You will ensure that the instruments, materials, and reagents used meet the defined requirements.
  5. You will draft protocols and manage external validations.

Who you are

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required.   1. Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences or related fields.
  2. Master's degree in the field of science (Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry...) (Desirable).
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language – C1.
  4. Minimum 2 years of experience in project management for Production or Laboratory areas within the pharmaceutical, chemical sector.
  5. You have user-level skills in MS Office.
  6. Knowledge of GMP environment is essential.
  7. You are proactive, methodical and eager to learn.
