BSM is composed of a diverse set of business units involved in urban mobility, leisure, culture, and public space management. Each unit has its own realities, strategies, needs, and transformation opportunities that must be addressed as future challenges.

Reporting directly to the Transformation Unit Manager, we are seeking a Transformation Technician who will participate in coordinating and developing change management projects in mobility, transportation, and leisure sectors, which involve BSM and significantly impact daily life in Barcelona.

The role of Transformation Technician is a position with a transversal vision and impact across the entire organization, allowing the individual to work with most of BSM's corporate services and units, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the organization's functioning.

• Provide project management methodology to various corporate services and business units, fostering synergies, interrelations, and improved communication.
• Lead, plan, and manage change and transformation projects across different units and corporate departments.
• Ensure the successful execution of change processes within the organization.
• Careful management of stakeholders, risks, scope, and dependencies.
• Identify critical points in ongoing project management.
• Monitor KPIs, produce analysis reports, and present project management status updates.
• Follow-up and support in implementing actions derived from the EFQM model deployment.
• Deploy projects for launching new products and / or services.
• Support the identification of innovative initiatives and collaborate in their definition, development, and implementation.
• Manage relationships with project vendors and related systems.
• Prepare and maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation.
• Report project status timely and appropriately to different stakeholders.
• Manage demand for new projects according to BSM procedures, defining, together with promoters, the necessary Business Cases for approval, prioritization, and planning.

Qualifications include a university degree in engineering or business administration, a minimum of 4 years of proven project management experience, excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. The candidate should also have strong organizational and time management skills, and written communication skills in both languages.

Desirable skills include experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, further training or master's degrees in project management or related fields, experience with financial management systems like ERP, and knowledge of the EFQM model.

Work schedule offers flexibility with hybrid telecommuting (2 days a week).
