Formación

• 5-7 años de experiencia en roles de SSHE, preferiblemente en la cadena de suministro.
• Licenciatura en salud ocupacional o Ciencias Ambientales es obligatoria.

Responsabilidades

• Actuar como contacto principal para todos los asuntos de SSHE en la región.

The SSHE Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for all Security, Safety, Health, and Environment (SSHE) matters within the Go to Market segment of Spain, Italy, France, Iberia. This role encompasses oversight of the Distribution Centre, Refrigerated Vans, and office environments across the said countries. The SSHE Coordinator will be responsible for providing leadership and practical support in driving the SSHE agenda, with a strong focus on achieving Zero Harm in Safety and zero Category 1 incidents in Environment. A key area of focus will be Road Safety.

Key Responsibilities :

1. SSHE Point of Contact : Act as the main SSHE representative for the Distribution Centres, Refrigerated Vans, and Office locations in Eastern Europe.
2. SSHE Agenda : Drive the SSHE agenda, ensuring alignment with the company's goals of Zero Harm in Safety and zero Category 1 incidents in Environment.
3. Maintain the SHE system to ensure compliance with company and relevant industry and legislative requirements.
4. Develop, track and assist in the completion of SHE improvement plans.
5. Manage day to day SHE activities, including risk assessment, action management and reporting.
6. Conduct SHE audits as necessary to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Complete SHE reporting and conduct data analysis to inform SHE indicators progression.
8. Provide support, advice and coaching to management and leadership teams on effective SHE management practices.
9. Road Safety : Implement and monitor road safety initiatives to ensure the safety of all personnel and assets during transportation.
10. Distribution centre safety : Implement all safety measures and ensure safety of the warehouse refrigeration system and personnel who are working there.
11. Office safety : Implement all safety guidelines in offices of countries in scope. Ensure all events within and outside the office have undergone a safety assessment and corrective action before they are held.
12. Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant SSHE regulations, standards, and company policies.
13. Training and Awareness : Develop and deliver SSHE training programs to enhance awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
14. Incident Management : Lead investigations and reporting of SSHE incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
15. Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SSHE performance.

Qualifications / experience & Skills :

1. Education : Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science or any related field. (Tecnico Superior - Prevención de Riesgos Laborales is mandatory).
2. Cert IV in OH&S or higher qualification in a related field.
3. Return to Work qualifications and experience.
4. Strong working knowledge of legislation.
5. Excellent computer and literacy skills.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Experience : Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SSHE roles, preferably within the supply chain or logistics sector.
8. Skills : Strong knowledge of SSHE regulations and best practices, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Certifications : Relevant SSHE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
