Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment used in manufacturing, including automation, vision systems, and other machinery.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment based on blueprints, manuals, or schematics.
• Use diagnostic tools and test equipment to perform equipment checkouts and calibrations.
• Rebuild manufacturing equipment as needed and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding repairs and maintenance parts.
• Develop process improvement initiatives and assist in creating work procedures.
• Source and purchase equipment parts when necessary.
• Maintain backup information for critical software systems.
• Train employees on machinery operation and safety procedures.
• Work overtime or be on-call as required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or related field, with emphasis on servo positioning or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of experience in electro-mechanical equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety practices, troubleshooting, and maintenance tracking software.
• Proficiency in Windows environment, including MS Office.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electronic color codes.
• Possession of forklift certification is a plus.
