Roche is seeking a self-motivated Delivery Service Manager to own end-to-end service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of mission-critical IT services across a global life sciences environment.

You will define scope for medium to large initiatives, tailor Agile delivery, lead diverse stakeholders, and coordinate controlled releases with Product Managers to enable manufacturing and delivery of high-quality medicines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as Delivery Service Manager in a global, regulated life sciences environment.
• Expert in IT Service Management (ITIL V3/V4) and CSV awareness.
• Strong analytical, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Service Delivery: Own service delivery, performance, and governance for the business contact.
• Scope & Delivery Management: Define and control scope for medium to large initiatives with tailored Agile delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead improvement plans, drive root cause analysis and solution validation.
• Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Manage diverse stakeholders, coach teams and foster collaboration.
• Release Coordination: Ensure controlled, agile releases with Product Managers and business reps.
