You will coordinate stakeholders, lead budgeting, and drive value across a multidisciplinary team while reporting to senior leadership.

The role emphasizes agile/hybrid approaches, strong communication, and the ability to work independently to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting with IT-related projects.
• Experience in projects with business impact assessment and value creation.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of financial processes and concepts.
• Experience handling approvals, validation and onboarding for new technology demands.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main liaison between IT and business teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Lead project initiation and budgeting processes.
• Assess and communicate the value delivered by projects to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior professionals and support a multidisciplinary team.
• Present project status and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Foster collaboration across teams to ensure value at every stage of the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
