Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which a technical solution can reside, including appropriate tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (incl. SaaS)
• Offer a clear vision for platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability
• Maintain proper framework documentation and architecture catalogues, ensuring their accuracy
• Define high-level tech strategy in accordance with the Tech community, including vision and roadmap (6, 12, and 18 months), and communicate it across domains
• Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in the product roadmaps, participating in their analysis as applicable
• Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunities log
• Ensure proper Tech Strategy documentation with high-level targets at domain level
• Engage with the business community on program discoveries
• Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms
• Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis
• Support the Product Community in delivery outcomes, maintaining architecture documentation updated with delivery evolution
• Create a collaborative Architecture Community, collecting and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies
• Advocate for frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide, representing HBX at tech events
• Improve architecture framework, especially for Java and Angular-based platforms
