Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provides the overall framework and borders in which a technical solution can reside. Frameworks will include appropriate options for tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (incl. SaaS).
2. Provide a clear vision over platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost and viability.
3. Keep a proper Framework documentation and also all set of architecture catalogues and assure their correctness.
4. Define in accordance with Tech community, our high-level tech strategy including vision and roadmap (6, 12 and 18 months) pushing it to all domains’ specific tech strategies.
5. Driving architectural initiatives via enabler epics in the Product roadmaps, participating in their analysis where applicable.
6. Keep architectural risk and opportunities log at the enterprise level.
7. Keep a proper Tech Strategy documentation including high level targets at domain level.
8. Be part of conversations with business community on programme discoveries.
9. Act as SME in terms of cross business processes implementations over current platforms.
10. Participate in high level design overview in cross-product initiatives to assure and protect platform integrity. Perform high level impact analysis.
11. Support Product Community in assuring and protecting delivery outcomes.
12. Sits outside delivery teams but keeps abreast of changes within with no hierarchical domain over the Solution Architect.
13. Assure that architecture documentation is updated accordingly on delivery evolution.
14. Assure platform integrity in all outcomes from delivery.
15. Create a collaborative Architecture Community. Collecting, generating, and analysing innovative ideas and technologies to use across the business.
16. Be evangelist in terms of frameworks, values and vision for the whole organization and speaking on tech events representing HB.
17. Improve current architecture framework with required developments over our Java and Angular based platform.
