Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The Architect will align business strategy with technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Define the overall framework and boundaries for technical solutions, including tools and platforms based on TDB and technology strategy (including SaaS)
• Provide a clear vision for platform requirements regarding quality, security, cost, and viability
• Maintain architecture documentation and catalogs, ensuring accuracy
• Define high-level tech strategy, vision, and roadmap (6, 12, 18 months), aligning with domain strategies
• Drive architectural initiatives through enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in analysis
• Maintain an enterprise-level architecture risk and opportunities log
• Document tech strategy with high-level targets at the domain level
• Engage with the business community on program discoveries
• Act as SME for cross-business process implementations across platforms
• Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis
• Support the Product Community to ensure delivery outcomes
• Maintain awareness of changes outside delivery teams, without hierarchical domain control over Solution Architects
• Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution
• Ensure platform integrity in all delivery outcomes
• Create a collaborative Architecture Community to gather and analyze innovative ideas and technologies
• Advocate frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide, representing HB at tech events
• Enhance current architecture frameworks, especially for Java and Angular-based platforms
