Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which a technical solution can reside, including appropriate tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (incl. SaaS).
2. Offer a clear vision for platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability.
3. Maintain proper framework documentation and architecture catalogues, ensuring their accuracy.
4. Define high-level tech strategy, including vision and roadmap (6, 12, and 18 months), aligning it with all domains’ specific tech strategies.
5. Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in the product roadmaps and participate in their analysis.
6. Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunities log.
7. Document tech strategy, including high-level targets at the domain level.
8. Engage in conversations with the business community during programme discoveries.
9. Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms.
10. Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis.
11. Support the Product Community in delivering outcomes.
12. Maintain awareness of changes within delivery teams without hierarchical control over Solution Architects.
13. Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution.
14. Ensure platform integrity in all delivery outcomes.
15. Create a collaborative Architecture Community, fostering innovation and analysis of new ideas and technologies.
16. Advocate for frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HB at tech events.
17. Improve current architecture frameworks, especially for our Java and Angular-based platform.
