Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which a technical solution can reside, including appropriate tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (incl. SaaS).
2. Provide a clear vision over platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability.
3. Maintain proper framework documentation, architecture catalogues, and assure their correctness.
4. Define high-level tech strategy, including vision and roadmaps (6, 12, and 18 months), in accordance with the Tech community, and push it to all domains’ specific tech strategies.
5. Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in the product roadmaps, participating in their analysis where applicable.
6. Maintain architectural risk and opportunities logs at the enterprise level.
7. Keep proper Tech Strategy documentation, including high-level targets at the domain level.
8. Engage with the business community on programme discoveries.
9. Act as SME in cross-business process implementations over current platforms.
10. Participate in high-level design overviews in cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis.
11. Support the Product Community in delivery outcomes.
12. Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution.
13. Create a collaborative Architecture Community, collecting and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies.
14. Advocate frameworks, values, and vision for the organization, representing HBX at tech events.
15. Improve current architecture framework, especially for Java and Angular-based platforms.
