Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which a technical solution can reside, including options for tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (including SaaS).
2. Offer a clear vision for platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability.
3. Maintain proper framework documentation and architecture catalogues, ensuring their accuracy.
4. Define high-level tech strategy in accordance with the Tech community, including vision and roadmaps (6, 12, and 18 months), and push it across all domains.
5. Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps, participating in their analysis where applicable.
6. Keep an architectural risk and opportunities log at the enterprise level.
7. Maintain comprehensive Tech Strategy documentation, including high-level targets at the domain level.
8. Engage with the business community on program discoveries and act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms.
9. Participate in high-level design overviews in cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis.
10. Support Product Community in delivery outcomes and ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution.
11. Create a collaborative Architecture Community, collecting and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies.
12. Advocate frameworks, values, and vision for the organization, representing HBX at tech events.
13. Improve current architecture frameworks, especially over our Java and Angular-based platforms.
