Position Overview:

The Manufacturing Quality Technician at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for inspecting products according to specifications and quality standards. This on-site role is based in Munich, Baierbrunn, and is part of the Quality Control department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain inspection reports.
2. Inspect products according to specifications and standards.
3. Manage non-conformances by initiating reports in SmartSolve and following up on process phases (Containment, Disposition, Investigation, Analysis).
4. Participate in the Andon Team, supporting investigations of non-conformities.
5. Document product inspection results.
6. Verify and approve Device History Records.
7. Coordinate with teams on sorting and inspection activities.
8. Monitor and follow up on calibration activities, coordinating with external laboratories.

Minimum Requirements:

• Technical education.
• Proven experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in medical technology, automotive, or mechanical engineering.
